Espina Negra Espadin Maguey Joven Mezcal is a handcrafted mezcal from the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico. Made from 100% Espadin agave, this joven (young) mezcal showcases traditional mezcal production methods, including roasting the agave hearts in earthen pits, crushing them with a tahona (stone wheel), and fermenting and distilling them in copper stills. The result is a mezcal with a complex flavor profile that captures the essence of Oaxaca's rich terroir and mezcal-making heritage.
