Del Bac "Normandie" A Limited Annual Release American Single Malt Finished in French Calvados Cask

Normandie is an annual limited-edition release of Whiskey Del Bac Classic, initially aged in new American White Oak barrels and then finished in ex-Calvados casks. Calvados, known for its green apple, citrus, cherry, and floral notes, brings a unique twist to this whiskey.

The name "Normandie" pays homage to the coastal region of Normandy, France, famous for its creamy cheeses, rich seafood, and abundant apple and pear orchards used to produce ciders and Calvados brandy. Calvados, an apple brandy exclusively produced in Normandy, adds a distinct flavor profile to this release. Normandie is the second installment in our newly launched Global Cask Collection.
