Bojo do Luar's 'Duplo' is a distinctive red wine from Portugal's Vinho Verde region, crafted exclusively from the Espadeiro grape variety. Sourced from 20-year-old vines in Felgueiras, the grapes are cultivated using organic and biodynamic practices. Upon harvest, the grapes are destemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in century-old amphoras, with the addition of ground chestnut flowers to stabilize the process naturally. The wine is unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulfur addition, embodying a true natural wine philosophy.
